Information collected
Crash Clarity Experts may collect information you choose to provide through an inquiry or assignment-request form, including names, organizations, business contact details, claim and party information, loss details, deadlines, requested services, and a brief assignment description.
How information is used
Submitted information may be used to respond to inquiries, review potential conflicts and availability, evaluate scope and scheduling, communicate about a proposed engagement, maintain security, and meet legal or professional obligations.
Service providers
The website uses OpenAI Sites for hosting and Google Apps Script, Google Workspace, and Google Drive for controlled intake, notification, and business recordkeeping. These providers process information as needed to support those functions under their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Confidentiality and case materials
Submitting an inquiry does not create an expert-client relationship or confirm acceptance of an assignment. Do not submit privileged evidence, photographs, reports, medical information, or other highly sensitive case materials through the public form. If an assignment is accepted, separate instructions will be provided for case materials.
Retention and security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect submitted information. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for inquiry review, business records, legal obligations, security, and an accepted engagement. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable legal, professional, security, and recordkeeping requirements.
